3. Fees & Payment

Payments are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur 1.5% monthly interest. Taxes apply.

4. Warranties & Disclaimer

Services are provided professionally. No implied warranties except as required by California law.

5. Liability, Indemnification & Remedies

Liability limited to service fees paid. No consequential damages. Customer indemnifies BMB Septic for negligence or breach.

6. Termination & Cancellation

Either party may terminate for cause. Customer cancellations may incur reasonable fees.

7. Intellectual Property & Platform Use

All intellectual property belongs to BMB Septic. Unauthorized access or use is prohibited.

8. Privacy & Data Use

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy for service delivery and support.

9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes may be resolved through arbitration or California courts.

10. Miscellaneous

Force majeure applies. No assignment without consent. Severability and waiver provisions apply. These Terms form the entire agreement.
